If they let women play on men's teams, then they would have to let men play on women's teams, so the answer is, no. It is not their fault which school that any player chooses to attend. By law they should have women's varsity sports. Have her check again to see which ones are available. If they don't have the one she wants, she could petition to have it added.

You'll have to look at what exactly Title IX states. I am not sure if there can even BE only mens teams without female teams. I know that there must be equal numbers of scholarships sports teams. This is a large reason that so many small colleges shut down their football programs. In a number of California State Universities, the football program was terminated not only because of cost, but because of Title IX.

As far as playing on a team outside of that legal stance, I know some women who have competed on mens teams. The issue really is physical at that point. Can she physically compete on a men's team against male opponents?

it somewhat is probable a sexist factor because of the fact intense college adult males won't % to take instructions from a girl a guy ought to get all of their face and scared the adult males and would shield him self if a participant hits him additionally youth are consistently horn-canines and a few see maximum women because of the fact the subsequent one or a groupie and the college might want a intercourse scandal no longer saying that each and each lady coach might in spite of the undeniable fact that it has occurred in the previous and it may be least possibly that a gay scandal might ensue interior the locker room which via how have occurred in the previous and another factor is that some gamers seem as much as there coaches as a male function variety and annoying head teenager jocks are somewhat sexist so it somewhat is annoying for them to be sure the comparable bond with a girl ultimately a guy is probable enable to coach a girl's team because of the fact females are stereo typed as extra opened minded and susceptible so some % a guy coach to get in there face and because his a guy females will much less possibly hit him and do the artwork from time to time the faculties ought to hire too lots adult males coach so some are bumped to a ladies team until eventually a place opens up.

I know that there was a female kicker on the Colorado Buffaloes a few years ago. I think the rule is if there is a comparable female sport, then she cannot. That is a weird situation with no female teams. If being on a team was important to her, why did she even go to this college?

petition the school to get some female sports. it's not fair that they don't have them, especially if she is at a school were the female population holds the majority. i mean, what college doesn't have any type of female sports?

Yes.

Choose the team that she wants to play on carefully.

Check with coach and AD to evaluate their attitudes

Depends.

Maybe she can be enough of a FemiNazi ***** and rag the Administration enough to let her play on the rugby team, get her sweet little neck snapped like a twig on the first play, then all this silly "I wanna play with the BOYS................WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" crap can be done with...
