Most of the guys do have regular jobs. John Tavares, one of the best ever at indoor lacrosse, teaches in Ontario. Nothing wrong with that, though. Lacrosse is trying to gain momentum in North America, and it provides some extra spending money for players.

I am a season ticket holder for the Colorado Mammoth and I know all of the players on that team do NOT make enough for it to be thier full time job. They all have other "day" jobs. We have 2 school teachers, an insurance agent, and lacrosse equipment reps for Warrior. Last season one of our players even missed a game because he had a day job work commitment that he couldn't get out of.

As has already been said...TOP is about 20-30k, and most don't pull down that kind of cash.
Most have day jobs as well.
Some CAN make a career of lax between both leagues, camps, personal training, sales rep for equipment company, etc.

Well, for MLL they make like $10,000 to $30,000 and have side jobs. You get free gear from Cascade and Warrior. I suggest getting a full time job and then doing this on the side if you end up doing so, because you only practice the day before the game as a team which is nice.
