I run a seven and i am on varsity track, so thats pretty average. but im not a long distance runner, i am a sprinter. my time for the 100 yard dash is 13.1

That's pretty good. The standard for being "fit" is under 12 minutes, even though I think it should be like 9 at the slowest, I know girls who are 14 who run anywhere from 6 minutes, to 16. i run about a 7. Varsity average is about 6:30.
