None of them are easy if you want to be good at them. The least technical events are running events. If you're looking to get out of alot of running, throwing events (shot put, discus, Jav) would be good for you. Having said that, you still need to be in shape for any event. Track and Field is a sport, so you shouldnt expect it to be easy.

Either you can do the javelin, high jump. long jump, triple jump, or simply a 100 meter. Its short and will get you in shape quick. make sure you stretch very well.

I don't know that any of them are really easy. They're all difficult if you're really working at them and progressing. But I do recommend pole vault, cause it's a lot of fun :) otherwise long jump!

the throws are certainly easier than running or jumping, so you don't have to be in the same kind of shape to do them.
