Size is pretty much just personal preference and type of ride. If you're into carving a lot, you would want a medium sized board like about 36"-40". For dancing or downhill speed, you'd want a longer board like 41" and 42". Now as I said size is YOUR preference and you may want to go with a medium sized deck for now and decide if you'd like a newer deck longer or shorter. Width wise depends if you have big feet or like dancing, dancing is also good with a longer board.

usually, longer boards are more stable than shorter boards, but shorter boards are carvier. also if you have big feet, you'll want a wider board. if you are a beginner, look into Kracked Skulls longboards. if you end up getting one, use promo code BOSS for a sweet discount.
