first of all, you need to know what kind of boards you like the most. girl boards and plan b boards are light and have awesome pop. but if you want one that'll last long, you might want an element.
anyway, ccs and skateamerica are good sites to buy boards, but if you want something cheap and rockin:

I think the best place to find a board online would be a1skateboards.com or ccs.com. They are both great sites to visit because you can make a custom complete set-up. Good luck finding a good board!

you most likely dont want to get one online because since you just started skating, and you want a decent board, im guessing you don't know how to change the parts, so you would want to go to the local skate shop, if you dont have one, search online for one near you
