what would they do if they wanted to pee... u know...
they coudn't get ou of the car for that...
and they also drink a lots of liquids during the race...
they must wear something... they cant just hold it all the race... they couldnt focus on the race...

i doubt it. They wear fire proof suits and get very hot uring the race. The drink is to keep the driver hydrated. There is a joke that when Martin Brundle does the grid walk for ITV 10 mins before the race, there are no drivers on the grid because they are all visiting the toilet. Bear in mind races rarely last more the 80 mins. It's all about self control.
