How long does it take to become an athletic trainer?

I already have a B.S. in something completely different and am interested in going back to school for athletic training. Would it still take me four years?

No one is going to recognize a certification from the internet.
Look at www.nata.org which is the web site for the national association of athletic trainers and follow their advice.
