try stretching all of the parts of your legs first then bend down and touch ur toes it hurts because that muscle is probably tight and when u bend down ur muscle is being pulled thats why it hurts. to make your toe touch higher u can stretch it daily by sitting down straightening your legs and pulling ur hands to your feet

You say you stretch really well, but you obviously don't. Or you're just not flexible. Stretch different stretches for about 20 minutes.

Roll your ankles, go down the middle left and right when you stretch a straddle, put your legs straight and touch your toes and hold it, stretch your wrists, do all splits- especially middle, do flyer moves (heel stretches), put ankle weights on and do the same amount of kicks (kick up, try to touch your hand, and bring your leg down...) for each leg.

Okay well 1 I don't mean to dis Joy but when you jump you need to rotate your hips back so your knees won't be facing up they should be facing back...2 sit in a straddle on the floor with your toes pointed and your hips rotated so your knees are facing backwards...put both of your hands in front of you on the floor and lift your right leg and circle it backwards 10 times...then repeat with the other leg keeping your hands in front..then do it with both legs at the same time making sure your hands are still in front...it's hard but the more you do it the more it helps...my coach makes my squad do this all the time and it really does work...my coach is a cheerleader for NCA and so she knows what she is talking about...=]...hope I helped!!! =]

Stretch! If you stretch as much as you say you are then it wouldn't be hurting. Also try doing some leg conditioning. Go to Varsity.com they have a few exercises you can do to improve height.

You have to stretch A LOT! You muscles are probably tight and not used to doing them. STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH!!!!

As for getting higher, work on your leg muscles. Do some jump drills, with focus on getting higher jumps!
