I just bought new arm pads for lacrosse and I don't know which pad goes on which arm. This is my first year. Can anyone give me some advice please. I've noticed that each bad is slightly bent. One is slightly bent to the left and one is slightly bent to the right.

Come on man! Be smarter than the average bear!

Place both pads on the table, face them straps in, padding out. Both should bend in to form like an arch. And the one on the right will go on your right arm, the left will go on your left.
