I'm 27 and about 220lbs. I like to use various things at the park to get a upper body workout. The one that messes with me the most is the "monkey bars".

When I first used them I would get blood blisters deep under the skin, so then i continued and they burst open leaving a pretty big painful hole in my hand. Eventually that healed up, now my hands are stronger. I can go across the bars a few times without incident. However now i see blisters that are under the skin, they are not blue/red like the blood blisters but white in color. I'm afraid they will tear off like the other ones.

I have plenty of power in my upper body to do the workouts its just the skin on my hands seems to not be able to take it. Is there something people use or what do yall think i should do ?

This is gonna sound gross and you'll probably think its a joke but you should urinate on your hands in the shower. It will build calluses up much faster. Sailors have been using this trick for centuries, to stop themselves from getting rope burn.

I even have an analogous element. My thumb and forefinger (each now and then center finger) peel. first the exterior gets quite stressful then starts peeling. Thick layers of dermis come off. After each thing peels (I help it alongside with the aid of fact i won't be able to help to p.c.. at it slightly), i bypass into remission for quite a few days and that they entire element starts returned. I hate it plenty. it quite is grotesque and stressful. I even have been to the derm. i began out out with a cortisone cream and then to a steroid cream and now a good extra advantageous steroid cream. not something is working. My derm pronounced the subsequent step is UV easy therapy. enable me know in case you acquire any help.

well that happend to me.... in elementary school tho hah.. but anyways you could wear gloves, with gripps or maybe you should try out the chinup bar more often. they have chin up bars with padded areas for your hands to go on. youd be much better off using that and it has the same benefits as those monkey bars =]
