I don't really know but when i ran track my 400 time was usually around 53 sec and a D3 school said they would definitely take me and have me drop my time by 5 sec my first year. And with D1 schools the top times are around some of the slower times in the Olympics and some are just as good.

connect a song club. i understand I stay in a particularly small city and there're 2 separate golf equipment, one focuses extra on distance and one extra on sprints, plus 2 college communities which will enable somebody prepare with them in the event that they're involved. in the journey that your best 400m time grow to be 60 seconds, attempt some distinctive activities besides. There are often open song meets around, attempt some 800m or 1500m races. shop coaching, get some community suggestion, and study as plenty information as you may. Be your individual coach in case you may desire to. solid success!
